4. Revision Policy
Revisions are allowed based on your selected package. Any additional revisions beyond that may incur extra charges. We value transparency and will always inform you before applying extra costs.
5. Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts and choose to discontinue the project, we offer a 50% refund of the total project amount.
Important Notes:
- The refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the initial design concepts.
- If you proceed beyond the first revision phase or approve any design for finalization, the project is considered non-refundable.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final approved designs. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
